Venice Carnival 2018 with Pink Paislee Pick Me Up

Hi Ladies! It’s Flóra back today. I am sharing my latest scrapbook layout created with Pick-Me-Up collection and Heart Lines Background cut file designed by Paige. A few days ago we were in Venice and join the famous Carnival. It was fantastic experience. At home I was searching the perfect material for documenting our photos and I was so happy to realize that Pick-Me-Up perfectly matches my theme.

I used Paper 24 as my background. I collected seven embroidery threads with matching color and the fun started. I hand stitched the Heart Lines Background. I spent many hours to creat this stunning pattern, but definitely worth it.

I wanted to keep my layout simple, so I placed a 4x6” photo in the middle and created two clusters on each sides. I placed only pinkish, purple and orange elements. I love all the gold foil on the embellishments and the different elegant frames everywhere. They really bring back and reflect the pomp of Venice .

On the right I layered die cuts on my photo to cover and hide tourists in the background. Why would you need photoshop if you have Ephemera Die Cuts, right? Also added Chipboard Thickers, Chipboard Stickers and Sticker from the 6x12 sheet. I really love the small phrase labels from it, they are recurring element on my layouts.

On the left I made a smaller cluster with similar concepts as before. In the end I adhered gold sequins from Haberdashery pack. May the decoration turn out heavy but this resonates perfectly with the big ornate costumes.

Crate Paper Here + There layout

Hi Girls! It’s Flóra back today. I created a 12x12 layout with the new Crate Paper Here + There collection. These colorful papers and fun embellishments are perfect for travel memories. I adore its color palette so much. I chose a photo from last year, when we visited Alberobello in Italy.

I picked the Traveler Paper for my background, but added in the middle paper stripes from City Views and Metropolitan Paper.

Then, I adhered a yellow envelope with foam tape in the middle. This envelope could be awesome for holding tickets or other physical memories, but this time I used for layering. I added few die cuts and over my photo. As the envelope has dimension, it was easy to place backward a thick luggage chipboard. I fussy cut a stamp from Passport Paper and placed on the envelope as it would be real. Next to it is a gold rose Adhesive Flair and over a cool Embossed Puffy airplane.

I created my title from a die cut piece and chipboard phrase. Under it a placed a key with key holder chipboard and hang on peach Tassel. It looks totally amazing. I loved to use the black Rub-Ons on my project. Added photo corners, stamp and Explore word here and there.

In the and, I added even more details like beautiful washi tapes. Love that they are a little bit transparent. I also used the fantastic Phrase Roller Stamp. The phrases are so useful for every travel projects. I will us it a lot in the future.

Last minute Valentine's Day gifts made with Crate Paper Main Squeeze

Hi Girls! I am in the middle of moving my craft corner from the office to home. I really missed the relaxing scrapping time... since almost a year. Now, I can play in the morning or evening a bit on my projects. Therefore, I am full of with creative energy and ideas. I don't remember when was the last time I created something for myself and not for an assigment. So, this is what happened on my desk yesterday late night.

I wanted to surprise some friends for Valentine's Day, so I went to Silhouette Store and find this cute cut file by Lori Whitlock, the Valentine Candy Hugger Cat. I grabbed the Crate Paper Main Squeeze collection, We R Memory Keepers Crop A Dile, sewing machine and of course Silhouette Cameo and made these sweet cats. In the morning I went to the shop and purchased some Italian heart chocolates. They are already on their way! I hope they will cheer up my friends day! :)

I also download a Treat Bag Topper cut file from Lori and decorated tea bags. In our city there is an amazing man with and excelent tea shop: Indija Koromandija. Here you can find the best Indian tea ever. After I explored this shop, I don't buy tea anywhere else. I sent black and green tea to one of my friend to try out. I spend some time to add Crate Paper Main Squeeze stickers and the fancy bags were done.

Pinkfresh Studio A Case of the Blahs Blog Hop

Hi Girls! Welcome to Pinkfresh Studio A Case of the Blahs Blog Hop. I want to share with you my excitement today. I just LOVE A Case of the Blahs collections. This collection is about me, for me! I swear Kinnari didn't ask me what sentiments to use for the embellishments, but these are the words I say a lot of times these days. I work way too much and often cry like "I'm tired, just want to goooooo home." So I dedicate this layout to the Love of My Life as he is always next to me in these "emotionally unstable" moments. Thank you My Love!

I chose A case of the blahs Chaos 12x12 Paper as my background. I just easily decorated this paper with Puffy Stickers, Ephemera pieces, Cardstock Stickers, Chipboard Stickrs, Puffy Alpha Stickers, Enamel Dots and Fabric Die Cut. I also fussy cut few elements from Meh 12x12 Paper. Each embellishments are unique and amazing quality. The color palette is so pretty and soft and what is more inportant, this collection is about the real every day life. You just need it for scrapbooking or for Project Life spreads.
